Pleasant enough - not perfect

Liked: Staff were very helpful. Room was large with a fridge, sink and kettle.
Disliked: Some furnishings had scrapes and damage which is a little unsettling when you arrive to the room having had to leave pre-authorised card details on check in.The bed was too stiff for my liking but that is just preference.There is no (or no functioning) air con and only 1 of the windows opened.The location is by a few pubs in the centre so can be a bit noisy but that is to be expected.

Nice place to stay but...

Liked: Good location, big room with a view of the town. Clean.
Disliked: 64 steps to climb to the room on the top floor with no lift. Really tiring with luggage to carry after a long day getting there.Bath room was rather small and lacked shelving.

Disliked: The fact that you can book a room for a place that’s got no access and not open. Wasn’t able to check in or contact anyone, nobody has still replied to my messages or returned my phone calls.
