Liked: It was closed! No one there to meet us, no one on the end of the phone. No message via Bookjng.com that we would not be able to stay on the property. Nothing.Question - what do you do at 8pm in Arundel to find accommodation on the night you have been very much let down …

Liked: The Town House is closed, we did not stay there. We stayed at the NOrfolk Arms Hotel in Arundel
Disliked: Regretted that it was closed, it looked really nice

Hotel went bust without telling...

Liked: Turned up for our booking and hotel was closed. Went bust that day without telling us. Had to pay extra somewhere else for 2 double rooms for 2 nights. Highly embarrassing as we had friends with us. Booking.com being difficult about paying us difference as they couldn't honour our our booking. Not happy at all!!!

Disliked: No reception staff gone when breakfast over

Liked: Unfortunately we had an email on the day of the booking letting us know that this hotel had closed its doors with immediate effect!

Liked: Nice central location, decent room.
Disliked: There was no breakfast available despite it being included in the price, as the chef was not in. Was told to purchase a breakfast at a nearby cafe and produce the receipt for a refund. This was all adhered to but no refund has been received and no response to email enq and no answer to telephone calls since. Not looking hopeful.
