Liked: It was close to town to where l was going Kildare village and Newbridge town center
Disliked: They was no ironing board and lron. Dinner finished very early as 6 pm

Extremely disappointed

Liked: Food was lovely, breakfast and dinner. Lady who was front desk and served in bar area was lovely and friendly. Night porter was lovely too.
Disliked: Room too small for family of 4. No space. No real coffee just decaf. Not enough cups for amount people staying in room. No glasses or water even given. No lockers, all cramped. Next to kids beds metal Brackets sticking out, we had to block with cushions. Night time was worse. Could hear music from bar in room, had to go down twice. Night porter was lovely but couldn't do anything about it. Music played till 12.38am and drink service was still going. Website says bar till 11 but this is incorrect. Kids and us found very hard to sleep and settle. Rooms need be sound proof or let know on website music will be played and heard in room. Would not have stayed if know this. Room over priced for size and then with lack of sleep, not worth it. Very disappointed.

Liked: Staff friendly, breakfast was very nice
Disliked: Family room was nice but bathroom was so small. Toilet was in corner between shower and sink very little room. Plug socket too low had to put kettle on floor to boil .For a Saturday night could have done with some entertainment in bar

First impressions were doubtful but...

Liked: Spotlessly clean, good food, friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: Decoration slightly out of date
