Liked: Bed aas rock hard had terrible nights sleep, if you can call it sleep
Disliked: Food and view was fantastic

Very poor

Liked: we just like the lunch and the beds
Disliked: i didn't like the poor wi-fi connection, very bad signal, they have stairs so if u have big trolleys its not good for you bc don't have lift...if you going out u need to lock and unlock the main door, you can ear the doors shutdown , they have the van in the room which is annoying while you sleeping

Weekend break

Liked: The location is perfect right on the banks of the river yare and about a 30 minute walk into Norwich the rooms are very clean and the buffet breakfast is great and value for money, the staff are all pleasant and very helpful.
Disliked: The rooms are quiet hot even with the windows open but they do supply a fan which helps alot

Pleasant convenient location but wouldn't...

Liked: Good location for visiting Norwich. Bus stop close by. Staff were friendly and keen to please. Lovely beer garden backing onto river. Room was clean.
Disliked: Checking in procedure was very long despite staff doing their best. Breakfast was lacking. The cooked buffet breakfast had clearly been standing a long time. Although we were early the eggs were already congealed. Restaurant food not of great quality either but the pizza was good.

Disliked: Front of building in poor state, uninviting, restaurant area needs updating.

Liked: Lovely setting on the river
Disliked: Very run down and not a warm welcome . Room was incredibly hot even with fan on constantly. Room windows were rotting

Pleasant

Liked: The location was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good selection of tea, coffee and drinks.
Disliked: I when I was there the temp was 25 to 30 degrees. the rooms had no fridge, no air con just a fan. There is need for cooling in the rooms and need for a small fridge freezer, so customers can keep items cool. Lack of Continental and fruit alternatives at breakfast
