Disliked: The facilities were outdated and needed some maintenance.

Very disappointing Hotel

Liked: The location on the edge of the river Yare is very nice
Disliked: The Hotel is in need of a thorough refurbishment, the main areas of the bar and restaurant are filthy and the ceilings look like they have nicotine stains all over them. The floor boards on the stairs, landings and in the bedroom make so much noise and need sorting out

Liked: The view was amazing we were in room no: 8 and the facilities were adequate. Breakfast was also very good. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bar closed at 10pm. We were advised of this but once we were there. As it is not in the town centre there is nowhere else in walking distance to go. As the company are aware the whole place needs refurbishment, then it would be perfect.
