Liked: It was amazing location but was very dated and was needing some patch jobs. But price was definitely good.

Liked: Lovely large room. Across the road from the north end of Hagley Park.
Disliked: Room a bit dark. Bathroom a bit dated.

Happily stay there again.

Liked: Close to Hagley Park & good range of food places nearby
Disliked: The glass front door was weird - had to have curtain pulled all the way across - not a nuisance but just strange.

Bad

Disliked: Almost everything. Rooms were dusty and smelt bad. We found pubes on the toilet seat. After using a wet wipe on stuff like light switches, inside door handles and table tops, our wet wipe showed us that the cleanliness levels were way below standard from the discolouration of our wipes. Needless to say we are not coming here again or recommending this place to anyone. We booked for 2 nights but returned our keys immediately and no refund was issued.
