For a scenic ride home, hop on the Thames Clippers at St. Katharine’s Pier, just 2 minutes away. Soundproofed rooms keep post-show noise at bay, and with a 3:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM checkout, you’ve got flexibility for pre- and post-concert downtime.

Nightlife Options

While there’s no live music on-site, you’re steps from London’s vibrant nightlife. Walk to riverside pubs, cozy wine bars, or hop on the Tube to buzzing neighborhoods like Shoreditch or Soho. Prefer staying in? The hotel bar offers a more chilled-out vibe with local craft drinks and a front-row seat to the city lights.

What People Say

Guests rave about the incredible views and easy transport access. Reviewers love the friendly staff, clean rooms, and the unique feeling of being tucked between two iconic landmarks. It’s frequently described as a “hidden gem” with a location that’s hard to beat.

Areas for Improvement

Some guests mention that the décor could use a modern refresh, and a few rooms are more compact than expected. However, the views and location more than make up for it.

Dated, shabby hotel in need...

Liked: Great location. Beautiful views.
Disliked: It was 30 degrees in London and the hotel had no air conditioning! Needless to say, it was impossible to say in the room. I was given an old-fashioned fan which did absolutely nothing to make conditions more bearable. The room was small and dated with very old furniture and frayed carpets. The shower looked cheap and the bath was stained whilst the taps were placed so far back from the sink it was impossible to place your hands or a toothbrush under the running water properly. Overall, a really dated, terrible hotel in urgent need of an upgrade.

Without the air conditioning problem...

Liked: The view from the hotel window was great
Disliked: The air conditioning was appalling. On the day we arrived London was hot. The air conditioning in the room sat at 28.5 degrees, increasing to 29 by midnight. All attempts to change it or turn it off failed.By the third day the temperature had fallen to 25.Needless to say , trying to sleep was a nightmare. Also, prior to our arrival, we received three emails offering a room upgrade. However that would come at a cost of £96 a night.

Fabulous stay,great staff all round,yummy...

Liked: My Daughter & I stayed here to celebrate her birthday & finishing exams. The staff were very welcoming & I had mentioned her birthday so upon arrival to our room there was an ice bucket of soft drinks & a chocolate & raspberry torte with ‘happy birthday’ on it which was a lovely touch!
Disliked: The only thing I’d say & only minor was that there wasn’t a fridge in the room which wasn’t the end of the world but it was so hot outside that it would’ve been nice to put our drinks & water in one!

It did the job but...

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We were told the hotel had air conditioning (it was a hot day) but it wasn't working, and when I asked at Reception they said that they would send someone to fix it. It turned out in fact they were renovating all the air conditioning so we were not told the truth.
