Liked: we really enjoyed the ambience of the hotel. on walking in to reception we were greeted with a lovely smell and friendly staff. our needs were attended to immediately and nothing was too much trouble. the location was stunning and did not disappoint. being so close to central London meant most attractions were pretty much on our doorstep.in fact, we can't wait to go back!

Disliked: Hotel needs a serious refurbishment and the lifts are awful which isn’t good on the 4th. Floor . Queues were often that bad staff advised us to use your service lifts

Disliked: The elevators are a bit disappointing, take too long and always full.

Very impressive hotel with amazing...

Liked: Friendly and very accommodating, went the extra mile to ensure I was happy and comfortable . Had a problem with the bath first night and straight away moved to a temporary room, next day given a room with the same view as before. Very clean. Breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of endless hot and cold buffet choices and coffees. The view of the Thames and Tower Bridge was amazing. Such a treat. My temporary room has a view of the docks. A beautiful hotel at the foot of the Bridge opposite the Tower and a 12 minute walk from Tower Hill.train station. Very central with Uber Boats docking opposite the Tower. A perfect location , a beautiful hotel, with lobby area to relax, see the Bridge and restaurant with amazing Bridge views and outside cozy table fire heaters. Treated my nephew from Australia to a few nights and he too loved it and we were both impressed. Well Done The Tower Hotel.
Disliked: Sadly they had a problem with 2 of their 4 lifts, the next day 3 of the 4 were working . But there was an alternative lift for use . Other than that a perfect, relaxing and amazing stay.
