Liked: Nice clean room, friendly staff, and quality breakfast
Disliked: Broken radiotar dile meant we couldn't control the temperature and returned to a room like a sauna. Reported to reception. Dealt with quickly but not resolved. We were given a very noisy fan to help. Very small shower cubicle.

Good value for money.

Liked: The hotel is really nicely decorated. The food and drink were good quality especially the cooked breakfast. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of free private parking on site. Good location.
Disliked: They seemed a bit short staffed and slightly disorganised. The bed wasn't very comfortable and it was virtually impossible to get the shower to the right temperature....it was either too hot or too cold (room 16). I also didn't like having to authorise my card in case of damages (I'm a 53 year old professional man...I'm not in the habit of causing damage to hotel rooms).

Liked: Very clean, was given an upgraded room with a spa bath! All the necessities and the staff were great and efficient! Would definitely stay again:)

Modern hotel, great atmosphere and...

Liked: Beautiful decor, room was small but cute and had everything we needed (and more). Food was brill! Great atmosphere.
Disliked: Water pressure in shower wasn't great and unable to put heating on until later (possibly controlled by the hotel?)
