Disliked: Very noisy - not very clean - no breakfast available on the premises. No staff around if you have a query

Liked: super friendly staff, decorated the room for my partners birthday- was a lovely stay
Disliked: we had someone knock our door to come in and clean at 9:30- checkout isn’t till 10:30 we were still asleep so this woke us

Liked: Location including proximity of restaurants (especially important to cover breakfast) as well as access to bus lines, friendliness of staff, quiet cosiness of room despite the cold weather
Disliked: the room was very crowded with furniture and decorative objects so it was challenging to navigate or use my laptop for work

Liked: Our stay was so lovely and homely, the bed was so comfortable, so Cosy would definitely come back to stay here staff was lovely and the bar/restaurant had beautiful food and drinks

Liked: Very helpful syaff and they arranged free parking which was a bonus.
Disliked: The shower only had the full drench option.

Comfy, good location.

Liked: The hotel was perfectly located for us as we were in Edinburgh for a rugby match at Murrayfield. The room was comfortable, but small, the bed comfortable and it was very quiet. We had a room facing the back rather than onto the street. It was very handy having the bar downstairs for post match drinks and snacks and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: The overhead shower is too big for the size of the shower cabinet but that’s a personal choice. It would be handy if the bar were open for full breakfasts but there were other options close by.
