Liked: The property was first class made even more special by the hosts Philip and Gary, nothing was too much trouble…always there for a chat and help when ever we needed it.
Disliked: Because of my husbands mobility problems at the moment, the only tiny issue was the parking was just a bit tight although Gary and Philip did everything they could to make it better.

Liked: Incredibly friendly and welcoming host! Such a stunning property, stylish room and amazing garden. Great breakfast and just an amazing stay all round!
Disliked: It was a super hot weekend so we were really hot in the room, a fan was provided but it was still stifling.

Liked: Great location - short walk down to sea front. Lovely room with balcony and partial sea view.Friendly and helpful hosts.Great choice at breakfast. Enjoyed the full English!
