Very good

Liked: Good value. Great central location. Quiet. Clean.
Disliked: Reception staff rather off hand when we checked in. However subsequent reception team were very polite and helpful.

Overall very good. I would...

Liked: Excellent location, helpful staff, clean and relaxing setting
Disliked: We had the family room, its was cosy but comfortable. Unfortunately we didn’t have access to a balcony which would have been pleasant especially having two children who were in bed earlier than we were. There was really to sit in room apart from the bed.

Nice quiet hotel in a...

Liked: Lovely time spent at Tophams . After reading some reviews we didn’t know what to expect but we were more than happy with our experience. Perfect location for exploring, very friendly staff at reception and at breakfast where there was a good choice of continental breakfast and staff could not be more helpful . Will definitely return in the future
Disliked: Getting out of shower may be difficult for elderly guests

Liked: Staff were great. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable re queries we had for them.
Disliked: My bed which one side was up against the wall.Was moved to a central placed bed in another room the next day. Thank you so much

Quite neighbourhood and stones throw...

Liked: Room was a good size as was the bathroom. It was a small boutique hotel in a quite neighbourhood.
Disliked: Our expectation of this small boutique hotel was that it would be charming with a real personality and feel. It was nice but just lacked a bit of care and passion by the staff.
