Superb

Liked: The Tophams Hotel was wonderful! The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was pretty good for being an included, continental breakfast. The rooms were on the small side, and the price was on the high side, but apparently this is to be expected in London. I would stay here again! Excellent housekeeping.
Disliked: Smaller rooms and no conditioner.

Overall, a nice stay in...

Liked: Was well presented in the main lobby/public areas. Great location, near to Victoria station and many other sights.Staff were friendly albeit at times couldn’t find people if needed help.
Disliked: Showing signs of needing some refreshment/wear and tear in the rooms - e.g curtains starting to come down, some light switches not working and so on. Some staff seemed a little bit off the ball with what they should be doing - e.g breakfast on the first day we had to go and find someone to order food/drinks as they were all hiding/chatting in the back. You pay for breakfast to be included and then have to pay extra for cooked food (wasn’t obvious at time of booking). I bit expensive for what it was, I felt. We had issues with paying for the room as the card machine didn’t take payment properly on arrival and were asked that they (potentially) double charge on exit, and would have to contact them for a refund if it did end up being the case.

Disliked: Rooms and bathrooms are tiny. Beds were not that comfortable.

Liked: Nice and helpful staff
Disliked: Noisy A/C, short bed, very uncomfortable access to closet and bathroom on a mezzanine. Espresso with a very bad acid taste.

A pleasant stay but bedroom...

Liked: Nice bar, sitting area and dining room.
Disliked: Our bedroom was tired and should be advertised as a standard double not superior double as it wasn’t!
