Excellent location and value for...

Liked: Our room was cosy, very clean and the Hotel was in an excellent location for us.
Disliked: The cold water tap in the shower did not works we did baths.The narrow hallways and stairs were hard to navigate with our suitcases.No assistance with getting bags to the rooms.

Ideal hotel for Hamilton and...

Liked: Location. We stayed here as we were going to see the nearby show Hamilton. Arrived early hoping to leave our bag in reception however our room was ready and we were allowed in. Only a short 5min walk to the Victoria Palace theatre.The hotels decor was nice as was the room. The little things such as tea/coffee and biscuits as well as the extras in the bath room added to the individuality of this hotel. Lovely continental breakfastWould definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing, 100% recommended

Liked: Very little information given from front desk regarding breakfast and bar hours, not very engaging or informative.
Disliked: Cool interactions with staff, very little concern for customer’s satisfaction or convenience.

A pleasant stay but room...

Liked: Very convenient location. The ground floor and bar area are lovely . Continental breakfast good.
Disliked: Very small, basic bedroom that would have suited a single bed . Very difficult to get in and out of bath to use the shower due to size of shower screen and grab handle on the wall. Cracked sink. Old and worn carpet.
