Liked: Loved the location as very quiet and convenient for Victoria Market Halls and The Other Palace. Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Lovely thick mattresses. We slept well. Had both bath and shower.
Disliked: Shower was in a cramped area and made floor wet but not a big issue. It's nice to have both shower and bath options.

Liked: Perfect location at 300m from Victoria train station. Cosy little rooms. Very kind and helpful team. I could leave my luggages for the day before leaving for the train station late afrernoon. Will definitely return.
Disliked: Bathroom would need big improvements. Italian style shower would make a big difference.

Disliked: - The air conditioning was broken. - The fridge had a strange odor. - The floor in the living area was uneven and made loud noises with every step. - Soundproofing was extremely poor—I could constantly hear people walking in the hallway. - The room was so small that after opening my luggage, there was barely any space to move. - The water temperature was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold.
