Liked: Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and a delicious breakfasts. We stayed one night in Room 1 which was spacious, clean with a lovely outlook onto the river.
Disliked: The air conditioning fans outside the window for the building below were noisy when you have the windows opened. Some of the decor in the hotel is a bit tired.

Relaxed and chilled.

Liked: On arrival we were greeted with a friendly welcome at reception and staff we passed in the corridors. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious and the staff were so attentive and polite.We had a very relaxing stay and will definitely book again.

Liked: Very good stay indeed. Parking is a little limited but I had no problems.
Disliked: Check in was delayed from the 3pm stated. I waited for a room. Many others checked inline while I was waiting….dont understand that. As I had been there for 5hrs waiting Why was I not given a room and they wait

Great location; friendly staff but...

Liked: Comfortable stay
Disliked: It was a hot stay which affected sleep quality even with the provided fan. Our friends bathroom needed updated. The cooked breakfast was on the small side.
