Superb

Liked: Being moved on second day to Room 475 was excellent and greatly appreciated.
Disliked: Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming but one individual showed little or no interest. Not even a friendly HELLO least of all a smile.

Clean and comfortable hotel that...

Liked: Proximity to shops and activities.
Disliked: I would like to see more offerings on the breakfast spread.

Room size doesn't matter it's...

Liked: I love the location. Keep in mind when going to Amsterdam every single place has small narrow rooms. This is not the only hotel I stayed in with the room in every single hotel in this area is very small due to the building size. Expect nothing else. I'm from New York City, It was a shock bud very understandable. The staff was amazing. The location is amazing.
Disliked: I love this hotel. The room size. There's nothing you can do about it. I didn't like the other hotels I stayed in. I recommend this hotel over the rest without a doubt.

Disliked: Room could be better lit, but the house's architecture allows for 1 window facing inner court so not a problem that should be addressed

Liked: "The location was truly excellent. We had a small issue, but the staff was extremely responsive and solved it immediately. They were very helpful throughout our stay. Although we stayed only for one night, it was still a great experience!"
Disliked: Unfortunately only stayed one night but it was a great experience.

Liked: Room 552. Facing other buildings. Canal would have been nice. Breakfast good…should have had more fresh fruit available.
Disliked: No elevator to our room. Had to walk up a flight of stairs with our luggage. We were not informed by the front desk.
