Food and Drink Options

The hotel’s beer garden (open Monday to Saturday from 5–11 PM) is the perfect pre-show hangout. While there’s no full restaurant on-site, you’re surrounded by fantastic Brooklyn eateries within walking distance. There's no mention of 24/7 room service, but nearby late-night food options make up for it. You’ll also find breakfast available nearby to help you recharge the morning after.

Nightlife Options

While the hotel doesn’t host live music, the buzzing Brooklyn nightlife is right outside your door. From craft cocktail lounges to dive bars and dance spots, you’ll find something for every after-party vibe. The beer garden also offers a laid-back spot to kick off or wind down your night.

What People Say

Guests love the stylish design and how easy it is to get to major venues. The location gets high marks for both walkability and access to public transportation. Rooms are praised for being comfortable and quiet, making it a great place to crash after a late night out. The views of the city add a little extra wow to your stay.

Areas for Improvement

While the hotel has a cool vibe, some guests mention that the beer garden hours are limited and that room service isn’t 24/7. The location is great, but parking can be tricky if you’re driving in. Still, with so many transit options, most concert-goers won’t miss having a car.

Bad experience

Liked: Good location for our needs.
Disliked: The overall condition of the hotel is rundown- carpets dirty, decor dated etc. requested a room off Flatbush which was accompanied. The room however was 79 degree at 9 pm. Let staff know the following morning and was assured it would be corrected. We stayed 3 nights and our room ranged from 79-83 degrees- not comfortable. Room have something on the ceiling above the bed, our one coffee cup was never picked up and cleaned for all three days. We’ve stayed here many times but this was a bad experience all the way around.

Never again! The stay from...

Liked: location. That is all
Disliked: I had a terrible experience at this hotel. When I arrived late, there was no one to assist me with my bags, and I had quite a few. I put them on a trolley, but it was so unsteady that it rolled in every direction. I checked in after 2 a.m., completely exhausted. To make matters worse, I was assigned to a room that was already occupied. Imagine my shock walking in on a couple in the middle of having sex! I screamed, they screamed, and I quickly ran out.I returned to the front desk with my trolley and all my luggage, and the receptionist's system showed the room as unoccupied. She had to call someone to find out who was actually in the room. Eventually, I was given a new room. However, when I entered, it was pitch black. I turned on the switches, but nothing happened. When I called downstairs, the receptionist said someone would come right away to check, but no one ever arrived. At this point, it was nearly 3 a.m., and after traveling for over 30 hours, I had to get ready for bed and take a shower using the flashlight on my phone. I ended up checking all the lamps myself to see if I could get them working, but the main light never turned on. A repairman finally arrived the next night, after I had gone to the front desk twice throughout the day. It was truly a stay from hell.

Bad

Disliked: I do not recommend this hotel. After my stay, the property failed to return my deposit. I contacted them several times through private messages, and although they replied saying they would "look into it," they never followed up or took any action. It has been 3 weeks, and I still haven't received my money back. The lack of transparency and responsibility is extremely disappointing. Be careful if you're booking here — you might not get your deposit back.
