Our vacation stay was a...

Disliked: Staff is misinformed on basic protocols. Miscommunication between staff, management and a general lack of concern from management of our stolen cash from our room after the cleaner cleaned our room. The room had no safe. On check in we were told that cleaning will be provided if we request it. No request was made but the cleaner went into our room without our permission.

For the price I was...

Liked: the property was nice , the location was good easy to get to .
Disliked: the shower head was not working , only the detachable part was working , bed was uncomfortable, had to wait very long for the elevator (15 mins).

Great stay

Liked: Great location-less than 10 minutes walk to Dumbo and Brooklyn Bridge,very nice room,specious bathroom,very comfortable bed,very good housekeeping staff,small fridge and coffee machine in the room. Hotel is located 5 minutes walk to Jay St.Metrotech starion. Recommend to get ear plugs if you are coming from very quiet place like us and you are not used to noises coming from the street

Rooms were great.

Liked: Very modern, not too far from the train station. Came in from Manhattan for a day trip into Brooklyn. The rooms and all were amazing. The rooftop and stuff were amazing. Not far from Brooklyn Bridge.
Disliked: I quite like the place- no complaints on that . One of the staff members left $100 worth of food we had left for storing and no one would figure out where it had been placed, only for 1 of the stuff member who I could see through the mirror behind her was surfing fashionova for swimsuits while she pretended to look for notes in the system abt where the food has been placed. When you do bag check, make sure everything said to be stored has been stored, I made the mistake of calling uber while they were still storing and didn’t realize the food was never sent to the kitchen/fridge for storage.
