Good

Looks well designed but not...

Liked: Comfortable beds , big tv , air conditioning working, windows soundproof . Staff helpful .
Disliked: Sadly the rooms seemed to have been badly built . The walls between the bathroom and bedroom didn’t meet so there was an actual gap you could see/ hear through as if it was the same room . Also you could hear other people’s alarms and corridor noise as if it was in the room .

Liked: Short walk from the subway, able to walk to the Brooklyn Nets game. Plenty of food and shops near by. Right next to Manhattan bridge!

Not a 4 star hotel

Liked: Staff were very rude, unhelpful and un- interactive.
Disliked: Didn't offer to help with luggage. No advice given on the area or city.

Liked: Great location - near the Subway. Safe area. The room was actually so spacious and very clean! The staff were friendly at check in and they held our luggage for us so we could explore the city more after check out.
Disliked: AC did not work well in room, hair dryer was broken and called for a new one twice that never came, kept having to ask for towels and wash cloths.
