Perfect family weekend getaway

On the whole it was...

Liked: The room was very clean.The location is convenient for walking (I had my small dog with me.)It was surprisingly quiet considering that it is close to the highway.
Disliked: The room was up a flight of stairs which made it a little more difficult with my dog and the steps are narrow and relatively steep. I anticipated that it would have had a kitchenette as I am not much of a coffee drinker I missed not having a kettle to make a cup of tea. Using a tea pod in a coffee maker does not make for a good cup of tea.The furniture could do with an upgrade.

Liked: We loved loved loved our stay! Staff very friendly, rooms clean, popcorn and free mini golf! Can’t get that just anywhere!

Very good

Liked: The rooms are large with a king bed and a small sitting area and are very clean. Random but the products given for customers to use in the washroom were surprisingly nice. The staff are so welcoming and very friendly.
Disliked: Things I was aware about by reading previous reviews. You can hear other people outside the rooms when they pass by and when they use the stairs for the second floor. And for me the detergent they use for the sheets have a powerful smell that did keep me up a bit and was a little irritating.

Overall good

Liked: There was no breakfast.The mattress and bedding were nice and comfortable, especially the pillows. The shower was fine.
Disliked: I was told that the $150 deposit would be refunded. It has not been.
