A good place to stay...

Liked: We stayed in Swale which is a good sized room with a large modern en-suite complete with a huge bath. It also has a balcony overlooking one of the outside areas.The dining room was lovely and the food was very good.All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bed in Swale would benefit from a new mattress as it was not the most comfortable.When we stayed it was very hot and there is no ventilation in the room other than the balcony door which we had to leave open all night. A fan would be an inexpensive solution.The window frames are not in great condition and the windows are painted shut.The balcony decking could do with being swept and would have benefitted from a coat of woodstain. The window frames are showing signs of a lack of maintenance over recent years.

Liked: Fantastic place to stay, food gorgeous would definitely stay again
Disliked: Most of the staff were brilliant especially Enya, Sam behind the bar and Greg in the morning all brilliant. The guy Warren who greeted us on arrival was not very good, not welcoming at all and didn’t improve the rest of the evening. I do feel he’s in totally the wrong job. He doesn’t want any engagement with his clients whatsoever. Yet everyone else was lovely, and the food and accommodation were great
