We will not be staying...

Liked: The only thing I liked about this hotel was the area it was in.
Disliked: I did not like that our room was so exceptionally small especially for the price $$$ , literally just enough room for a king size bed. I felt like I was in the smallest dorm room. I did not like that they said a crib was included in the room & when I asked for one , they claim they don’t know where they were. Honestly the only reason we wanted to stay here. We also paid an extra $50 for breakfast but ended up having to pay for the breakfast and it was so nasty we didn’t even eat it.

Exceptional

Liked: Amazing views from the penthouse suite
Disliked: The receptionist Vashonda, was amazing. The friendly staff was very helpful.

Over priced and underserved.

Liked: corner room
Disliked: Parking was bad. Staff was uninformed. They lost my reservation I paid for in advance. They charged me again for the room stating they found my booking. When discovered I was double charged front desk argued with me about correcting the charge. I had to come back the next morning to rectify and it took a week to be removed from my credit card. No apology or anything. Treated me like I was bothering them. I would sleep in my car before I would stay at this place. Overpriced and underserved.

Disliked: Our room was not cleaned between days and we had to ask for clean towels.

Pleasant

Liked: It was charming and clean. Staff was polite.
Disliked: No warning that rooftop bar is closed on Mondays. Faucet in bathroom was loose and wonky. Gym equipment wasn’t in working order, specifically the Peloton bikes.

Exceptional

Great hotel made even better...

Liked: Convenient location, interesting architecture, nice room layout, clean, great rooftop bar.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Fantastic Stay

Liked: The rooms were spacious and nice. Bathroom was very nice and big.
Disliked: Wish there was a pool. Restaurant in lobby could have more options

Liked: First time at this hotel, and it was amazing. Will be back again. I love the valet parking and it was affordable.
Disliked: There was no music, that was the only problem,
