Wounderful

Liked: Everyone was very nice

Overall fine stay. Beautiful building...

Liked: Great location and comfortable.
Disliked: It needed a bit more clean and care. Door knob was lose, mildew in shower, small leak/mold in ceiling.

Exceptional

Very clean, very comfortable, but...

Liked: Loved everything about it except the lack of parking close to the hotel and uncertainty of food service available during some hours. The room was super clean and the bed very comfortable.
Disliked: I didn’t like that we had to park in the parking garage when we arrived and make several trips to get everything to our room. Also, we never got a straight answer about when food was prepared in the lobby restaurant. When we went to the roof to get something to eat, they were out of red sauce…so most of the menu was not available.

Comfort away from home!!

Liked: Everything was great! Quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: Air conditioning was excellent during the day until late night, early morning. Seems to cut off for an extended period of time, in which the room get warm.Need a booster seat for the toilet, too low lol..,Otherwise, all was great!!

We enjoyed our stay.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and pillows.
Disliked: Bathroom needs an exhaust fan.

Liked: The only thing I liked about this hotel was the area it was in.
Disliked: I did not like that our room was so exceptionally small especially for the price $$$ , literally just enough room for a king size bed. I felt like I was in the smallest dorm room. I did not like that they said a crib was included in the room & when I asked for one , they claim they don’t know where they were. Honestly the only reason we wanted to stay here. We also paid an extra $50 for breakfast but ended up having to pay for the breakfast and it was so nasty we didn’t even eat it.
