Very convenient location, comfy,clean rooms....

Liked: The staff were very friendly and dealt with my eye drops, that have to be kept in a fridge, and they put the ice blocks from my travel bag into the freezer so that they were frozen for my onward journey.
Disliked: Rooms facing the court yard can be a bit noisy at night.

Very much enjoyed our stay,...

Liked: Location was ideal, the reception was very helpful. Surroundings, the courtyard etc were beautiful!!
Disliked: There was mot enough staff at breakfast. It did not impact too much on our meal but they could hardly keep up with the demand for refilling the food trays.

Liked: We had an accessible room which was well equipped The meal we had was very good Perfect location for us.
Disliked: The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner!

Very good

Liked: Room was a good size with a good sized bathroom. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The flooring was a little uneven in places and also on the stairs.

An overnight stay to visit...

Liked: We’ve been before like the central location and spacious rooms.
Disliked: Very little car parking for the size of the hotel. We had to use the pay and display car park a short walk away, however it was free after 6pm on Saturday until Monday morning.

Great Hotel

Liked: A very comfortable bed, attractive good sized room. Lovely bathroom, shower worked well, very nice toiletries.Had dinner and breakfast both well cooked and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Disappointed with accommodation and service

Disliked: We were woken up at 4.40 am by duty person asking if we had any water coming through bathroom ceiling. When we checked we found our bathroom floor was flooded. The staff member wanted to have a look and we found it difficult to get back to sleep Had to stand in water to use the bathroom in the morning. We were offered a 20% discount which we didn't accept and will be following up with the manager who was on leave.
