Not pleasant experience
Liked: Nice breakfast
Disliked: Tired room in the outside block, furniture needs refreshing, carpet looks dirty and past its best, mould round bath/shower. Noisy next to bins and a car garage

Liked: Lovely eating places in the hotel. Beautiful planters. Very good food. Breakfast was plentiful. We were given a ground floor room as requested, because of my osteoarthritis. Free parking.
Disliked: The only downside was breakfast is served upstairs and there is no lift. Fine for the majority of guests, but painful for me.We still had a great time.

Liked: The courtyard was Good and inviting. The drinks were well priced.. the older staff were lovely. The younger ones seemed to want to be elsewhere

Superb
Liked: Nice room away from the main block. Very quiet. Food was good. Good parking.Very central and convenient
Disliked: The soft shut on the kitchen door didn't work. For breakfast, we sat next to it. I mentioned it to a maintenance man who thought it was a bit of a joke with his mate messing about with a pigeon in the courtyard.... hope they have sorted it. Not a big job....
