The Three Pickerels

A family-run Hotel Restaurant & Bar set alongside the New Bedford River in Mepal only 8 miles from Ely. The Three Pickerels accommodations offers a countryside escape with picturesque river views and free WiFi. Recently renovated the hotel features 10 individually decorated rooms each with a wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV spacious private bathrooms an espresso coffee machine and tea facilities. Each room has its own unique charm with some offering spacious lounge areas a dressing room stunning riverside views and two rooms with riverside balconies. All guests can enjoy our spacious and comfortable downstairs rooms from our cozy lounge area with an open fireplace our new and modern bar area or our glass fronted riverside restaurant. Guests can even dine and drink alfresco on our new decking area overlooking the river. To delight in the full Three Pickerels experience dine in our riverside restaurant during your stay serving up pub classics to al a carte evening meals and a scrumptious Sunday Roast each week or spend your mornings watching the sunrise over the river while you enjoy your cooked to order breakfast with us. Please note that the pub (bar & restaurant) is closed from Sunday at 7pm to Sunday at 6:30pm. There are a couple of local pubs open for dinner on these evenings which we would be happy to share with you and you can still have breakfast with us every morning of your stay.
