Disliked: Dated and not well maintained. Things like knobs missing off drawers. The bathroom is tiny and the shower is a bodge job. Really didn't want to use it as it just felt dirty, but couldn't anyway as there was no hot water!! I felt like I was sharing a room with the guy next door as I could

Better than fair, but bathroom...

Liked: Good old building, friendly staff and bar looked good but I didn’t have an opportunity to spend time in there. Bed very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom window had been left open, after closing it the bathroom smelt very musty which was off putting.

Liked: Really nice location, right by the Thames. Charming hotel. I didn't have dinner, but the menu looked very interesting. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The shower was warm, but the jets were a bit sparse.
