Liked: Check out. As easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed at !!!
Disliked: Breakfast did not exist. This was due to the fact that half the hotel is a building site !! The central heating didn't work so we had an electric heater 1 between 2 rooms. Asked repeatedly to different members of staff for an extra one and was told they would bring one up. This did not happen !!! Rooms had cob webs everywhere and not very clean. Would loved to have complained but no one around at check out to speak to !!

Comfortable bed clean room

Liked: No breakfast, location good for me, clean towels nice view looking over river
Disliked: Shower didn't really work, water was not really hot Carpet had rip's in them, personally need a revamp

Disliked: Heating not working but I was not told that even after asking manager directly on arrival to check the radiators , when I came back 2 hours later staff claimed they knew nothing about my request , tvs not working and it turned out that that was known - renovation work no doubt to blame noisy no breakfast asked several times for a blanket ended up getting one on fourth request middle of the night, so cold I changed rooms 6.30 am - that was a better experience though the tv still was not working and wifi was not strong enough connection to be useful at least there were no cobwebs in the bathroom. And the lamp shades were not damaged. Two staff agreed hotel should not be hosting guests .
