Passable

Liked: Central, nice bar and restaurant
Disliked: Was put in the accessible room with no warning. Large bathroom with no door to the shower or bathroom and was not traveling in a couple. Would have been nice to be told in advance if using the access room on us.

Old world charm with modern...

Liked: A little bit of old world charm with modern bathroom and comfort. Staff great to deal with. The bathrooms were amazing. Rooms a great size.
Disliked: Bit more lighting in the bathroom for shaving (men), makeup (women).

needs someone to go through...

Liked: the location and general ambience of the old building is what attracted me initialy
Disliked: cold cooked breakfasts. vacuuming and mopping floors while having breakfast , the detergent smell was off putting staff were always pleasant

Disliked: couldn’t get into the reception. pressing the door bell and no one answered. had to wait u til bar staff finished serving drinkers to get checked in. door keys didn’t work. some furniture old and not in good condition. not 5 star as advertised
