The Terrace Hotel

Central convenience and plush comfort.

Liked: Fantastic central CBD location. Friendly staff and excellent service. Large plush rooms and a character hotel. Nice breakfast. Enjoyed the bar and restaurant in the evening.
Disliked: Although a lovely and very clean character hotel, it was a little tired in places - would benefit from some targeted freshening up in places.

Good for a cheap stay...

Liked: The victorian deco was a lovely touch.
Disliked: The lack of room amenities i.e toothpaste etc. the fire alarm going off before 8 am and the confusion what was actually going on. Staff weren't taking control of the situation. Luckily it was a false alarm.

Liked: The bathroom looks amazing. The bed was comfortable and the TV had all streaming channels to choose from.
Disliked: The fridge wasn't working and no parking on the property.

Liked: Clean king size bed and large bathroom .
Disliked: It was a bit dark in the bathroom . For getting make up on .

Liked: After hours access was as advised but lack of automatic light at front entry door meant fumbling for code with one hand whilst holding phone torch with other Bed was super comfy Shower was amazing
Disliked: Had disabled access room that had I been in a wheelchair I could not have accessed for the large luggage trolley parked in the passageway - could barely get suitcase pastNo bedside lamp Aircon was not on in room so super stuffy for at least an hour Breakfast offered no gluten free options and server was rude and dismissive - disappointing to say the least
