Liked: The location to everywhere was great
Disliked: The daytime staff weren't as helpful as evening staff. Breakfast was limited to mostly eggs, and downstairs was cold as the heating was not working.

Fantastic location, comfortable beds, middle...

Liked: The ambiance and the location were fantastic. Breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for my needs and I walked everywhere.
Disliked: The lift was broken during my stay, meaning I had to use the main stairs and fire stairs to access the room on the third floor. If the lift were working, the rating would have been higher.
