Exceptional

Liked: The stay was pleasant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. After 2 flights, travelling for 20h, I arrived 2 hours earlier than the check in time. They were able to check me in nevertheless. Breakfast was also very good.

Liked: Loved the big bath tub, super comfy bed, and great location. The staff were very helpful and the meals were delicious!
Disliked: The hotel is a little rundown and it’s noticeable in bathroom fixtures and furnishings, but it did not affect the comfort of our stay

Disliked: Tried contacting the property multiples time about early check in and no response. The property advertises with parking and was advised the day before the closest parking was at the convention centre and would be $10 for the day..we were charged $30. The pillow we got from the cupboard had blood stains on the pillow case and the pillow inside also had blood on it.
