loved the period features. Old...
Liked: I loved the period features. Old worldly, cosy and romantic era. The bath tub was a nice surprise. And the bed was sooooo comfy. It was quiet. Hardly any traffic noise from my room.Checked in late so my room key was easily accessed in a lock box.Had a choice of some yummy dishes for breakie. Hotel is central and close to everything. There’s a mini mart across the road and a highly rated coffee shop as well. I’ll be coming here every time I need to stay in Perth.
Disliked: Ummm? The elevator smelled a bit musty.

Fantastic would definitely stay again
Liked: Loved how it felt like a trip down south even though you’re in the heart of Perth city
Disliked: Tv didn’t have any channels so no real purpose of it being in the room.

Good
Liked: The room was beautifully decorated, the bath was lovely. The hotel accommodated our late arrival with a self check in.
Disliked: There's a reason the windows aren't shown in the pictures of all rooms. The small windows are covered in metal sheets that so not let a lot of light pass and don't allow you to see the outside world at all. I thought the limited reception hours wouldn't bother me, but since we were out long days we didn't see any staff at all. That made it more difficult to all for minor things that can make your stay more comfortable. While there is a public cafe where you have breakfast, only instant coffee is included—no machine coffee.

Liked: Great hotel in a perfect location for Perth and surrounds
Disliked: The only downside was lack of parking,, we had to park in paid carparks which was a pain
