Liked: Room was very clean & comfortable. Quiet, staff very friendly. Service at bar for breakfast excellent
Disliked: Breakfast included could only get instant coffee, otherwise pay for cappuccino etc, extra for bacon. Although still good value

Liked: To rate you fair seemed a little harsh as it was between fair/good! The reason being difficult to access reception on arrival/room booked unavailable due to damage by previous guest and not sure that even with a bottle of wine the room we stayed in was the equivalent. Cleanliness was good and bathroom outstanding. The young woman who finally greeted us was very pleasant. Location excellent even without parking which we were aware of. There was just a lackadaisical feel about the premises as tho it ran itself.
Disliked: Thought it odd to offer only instant coffee with the breakfast unless an extra fee was paid also the add ons for the 'free' breakfast.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Outside dinning was dirty. Fridge and bed side light did not work rang reception to report it no one came. The whole place needed TLC. Menu was pub food. This is first not great review I done.

Great location and older style...

Liked: Great location for city stay near Kings Park. Enjoyed our meal on Friday night, free drink with meals ordered is great value, delicious meals and good atmosphere. Very comfortable beds and room with newly renovated big bathroom with a bath. Unfortunately we had to skip the included breakfast as left before 8am. Would stay again.
