Liked: Location, Large room. friendly staff.
Disliked: Instant coffee or you are charged for a real coffee at breakfast... The carpet wasn't really vacuumed. Safe didn't work for the duration of the trip. AC noisy and occasionally tripped requiring resetting by the staff.

Liked: Loved the heritage room and building! The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was lux! Food for dinner and breakfast were also great. I'd definitely stay again.

A very comfy hotel in...

Liked: I loved the old world charm of the hotel and its beautiful decor. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We asked for an early check in so as not to have to drag our suitcases around and they were more than happy to let us as they were able to. Breakfast of Eggs Benedict, tea and coffee was a good breakfast.
Disliked: The television did not work, it would not connect to wifi. Spent ages trying to sort it but gave up in the end. The room we stayed in had a neon flashing light in front and the blinds did not completely cover the ever changing neon flashes

Shall not recommend

Liked: Restaurant was a non-event , Room was very comfortable but breakfast included at weekend was terrible!
