Liked: Very clean and comfortable accommodation.Staff were friendly and helpful.Breakfast was average and a little disappointing.Would stay here again but would book room only without breakfast if there was that option.

Staff lovely, good location but...

Disliked: Going by the state of our bedroom there is no maintenance or basic level of cleanliness carried out. In the wall next to the main desk is a deep hole that has been made by a previous table banging into it. The lamp shade of the free standing lamp had a strut broken so was hanging down. The heated towel rail in the bathroom had thick dust on the rails. A large crack in the bathroom went all away round. The carpet had what looked like long black marks but was ridges in the carpet. At breakfast 2 young girls were on duty and running around trying to do everything. One of these girls checked us out and never asked the standard quote “How was your stay”. Perhaps just as well she didn’t or I would have been there all day.
