Liked: I spent four nights at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to provide any information and accommodate requests. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious. My room was meticulously cleaned every day, and used toiletries – shampoo and soap – were regularly replenished.However, what charmed me the most was a small yet very thoughtful gesture from the hotel – in addition to the standard coffee and tea in the room, I was treated daily to a sweet surprise in the form of delicious biscuits. These little details make the stay even more enjoyable.
Disliked: The only downside of my stay was that the room was quite cold, especially at night. At times, I felt a bit chilly, which unfortunately affected my comfort. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

Disliked: Really dirty toilets. And generally unclean. In the rooms and in the common areas. And overall the rooms were very tired looking. Cracks all over the walls, bathrooms dated, carpets threadbare
