Excellent place to stay, friendly...

Liked: Comfortable, clean room. Large bathroom. Fully supplied above and beyond the extra mile. Staff was super friendly and The Drawing Room was top notch.
Disliked: Wouldn’t complain about anything. Not even the slightest.

Would love to make this...

Liked: I was clean and comfy.
Disliked: The “fine dining” restaurant let a man 2 tables over conduct a full-on business Zoom meeting on his laptop during our entire dinner. We were paying almost 300 dollars for a nice dinner so we expected to be able to eat it in peace. The waitress saw that it was disturbing customers but said nothing. We waited about 10 min for the guy to finish thinking he might keep it short. When he continued past then, I got up and politely asked him if he could at least turn down the volume. He very rudely refused. Another customer was also complaining so I asked the waitress to please speak with the guy about finishing up his meeting because it was ruining our dinner. She said there was nothing she could do because he was was a “paying customer”. I ended up going down to the lobby TWICE to get help (the second time I brought video evidence of this egregiously rude FaceTimer)! Finally they sent someone up to ask him to quiet down. By that time our dinner was over and ruined. The waitress apologized but didn’t offer anything to make up for it. A dessert. A free drink perhaps???? I have worked in hospitality. There was a polite way to deal with rude behavior like this. This was a failure of management. I’ll never go back.
