Liked: Rooms were immaculate and staff was wonderful. We particularly loved the older man who worked the desk. I wish I would’ve gotten his name. He was so sweet and personable. He talked to my children when we checked in, remembered them when we checked out, and gave them hot chocolate truffles. He was such a warm welcome and fantastic staff member. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting the downtown area.

Liked: Everything was immaculate as usual. Our favorite amenity is the black car service as we are usually coming to town to see a show at Thompson-Boling Arena. Is so relaxing to not have to fight traffic and struggle to find parking :)

Liked: Central to everything. Clean, beautiful, dog friendly and staff were super friendly!
Disliked: Coffee shop closed too early. Wish area to walk the dog was closer.
