Luxurious

Liked: The rooms and bathroom were huge and very comfortable.The location was very central to downtown as well as UT
Disliked: Valet was a little bit of a hassle as well as the daily charge for it

Beautiful, legitimate luxury hotel in...

Liked: The property is beautiful, the room was gorgeous and spacious. Everyone was so kind.
Disliked: The dining experience was not great. The food was poor quality and the restaurant was under staffed. I attempted to order room service twice with no answer. I ended up eating at the bar.
