Liked: I love the drawing room and I love the entire bedroom layout.
Disliked: Nothing wrong.

Liked: We were in town for the fanboy expo and it was literally right across the street so couldn’t have been anymore convenient!Waking distance to restaurantsRoom service was availableBeds weren’t too bad
Disliked: Took a $400 hold at check in that I wasn’t warned about before booking. It still reflected on my bank account so I had to make some adjustments. We ended up using it anyways but it would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time. Restaurant was way overpriced and not that great. We ordered a large charcuterie board and instead of being charged $28 we were charged $42. They literally gave us baked buttered saltine crackers and the meat was terrible.

Always a good location and...

Liked: I love the location. The staff is always great!
Disliked: The air conditioning wasn’t very cold and the room was always humid.

Liked: Staff was great!! ED at the front desk greeted me by name everytime he seen me. I was treated amazingly by every employee I encountered.
Disliked: Nothing
