Comfiest bed, amazing views!

Liked: Only stayed for 1 night and wish we had longer to spend here. The location was excellent, easy to find and parking on site. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The view was outstanding! We arrived a bit earlier than check in but our room was ready and they said we could go straight in which was a bonus and have us more time to sight see. Staff were excellent and have really good tips on how to spend the limited time we had there. The bed was so comfortable I needed to be woken by my alarm which is a first for me. Would definitely go back to Tauranga and this hotel.

Disliked: all was good but the double bed it was 2 singles put together so there was a gap n the matteries that left a gap that you sank into not great for couples

Disliked: Bed a bit small for a large bed described online. Heatpump was cold even tho it was set on 28 degrees. We didn't bother contacting reception as our stay was only one night and we left early.
