Great pub and accommodation but...

Liked: Good parking and nice setting
Disliked: Food only served at set times

A convenient and comfortable overnight...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The location was also very accessible
Disliked: The room was very small and it was hard to fit our luggage in.

Fab Location, Lovely Pub and...

Liked: Loved the location, and the pub was great and nice food!
Disliked: Paper thin walls, would have given 4 or 5 stars, its not the hotels fault but the person in room next door decided to put the morning TV on at about 530am on Saturday morning, we had to get up and left by 8 am, the location had a list of firm do's and dont's mainly related to if you pinch any item fees, perhaps there should be something about noise consideration or quiet times etc in there. I would use it again

Location was good, outside looked...

Liked: Location was good. Ample car parking. Pub seemed friendly. Room size was ok and the bedding and towels smelled fresh.
Disliked: The room was very dated and not very clean. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling and around ceiling lights. Dusty ornaments on shelves and the bathroom smelt damp and there ware dirt marks under the sink bowl. The flooring was bubbling up. Stains on the curtains. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. The kettle was awful, it had water left in it and the element looked rusty, not able to make tea as it tasted disgusting.

Disliked: The shower door didn't have a seal on the bottom so it leaked water which went on my night clothes and towel, this had obviously happened before a the Lino was warped. I did inform staff so hopefully it will be sorted.
