Liked: Loved the location and the ability to get perfect espresso, warm muffins and fresh green juice downstairs.
Disliked: The hotel is a scene on weekends - be prepared for lots of people at the lobby and roof deck bars - but a better scene than Miami. Ask for a quiet floorif you need to turn in early.

Liked: The sliding door to the bathroom came off the hinges and was not fixed because I was working in the room when the staff came up to fix it. Also there was no room service menu in the room. Two things that really messed up my stay. I was hungry and could not find a menu to order food so I had to wait over an hour for staff to bring a menu to my room. Second, I did not feel the privacy in the master bathroom because the door came unhinged. Actually there was a thrid thing. Nobody could figure out how to turn off one of the lamps in the bedroom.
Disliked: You could have been more responsive.
