Car Park charges

Liked: Good location close to RHS Wisley
Disliked: Having to pay £10 a day for parking at a small town hotel.not a big city hotel and poor information re access to ANPR controlled hotel car park.We got booked for parking outside hotel and going to reception to.find out how to access car park.

Disappointing stay.

Liked: Location Friendly staff.
Disliked: We stayed here in 2019 and loved this hotel. We will not come back in future which is so disappointing. Rooms were shabby & needed some TLC.Net curtains dirty. Furniture paint chipped. Overpowering smell of cleaning bleach in room that lingered. Awful.Garden furniture tired. Breakfast baps stale & not tastyAnd finally you have to pay £10 per day for parking! Even hotel guests. Such a bad policy.
