Good value and comfortable stay

Liked: Plenty of parking and an excellent served breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: Not a lot

Lovely but early bar shut...

Liked: Venue and they are pet friendly
Disliked: They CHARGE for dogs , and last orders at the bar 9.30 close 10.

Great staff and good value....

Liked: I liked its brilliant location close to the RHS garden at Wisley. The staff were helpful, polite and cheerful. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: It was a little rough around the edges and could do with a refurbishment in one or two areas. The cleanliness was adequate but there was a little evidence of previous occupants of the room.

Overall it served its purpose...

Liked: We were surprised that we had to pay to park the car overnight. This was not mentioned upon booking and has never been charged on our previous stays. The room was tired, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom needs updating s the seals around the shower area and sloping roof in the shower cubicle had signs of black mould.The breakfast was a good quality with plenty of choice.
Disliked: The shower cubicle and glass surround was black with mould
