Great stay for Wisley Gardens

Liked: Very convenient for the gardens at Wisley
Disliked: Needed a refurb. Was a bit old fashioned. But we needed a disabled room and the huge bathroom/ wet room was great.

great stay and a nice...

Liked: I liked the location and staff! Very friendly and interested in our travel through England.
Disliked: Would love to have had a bathtub instead of a shower. But that is being picky

Visiting friends

Liked: The staff were all friendly. Perfect location for visiting friends.. ripley is lovely. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel. The beds are comfy.
Disliked: The hotel decorations is tired..I visited about a year ago and thought the same then.. our room carpet and carpets throughout the hotel are very old and tired..need replacing.. the paintwork in our room was in need of re doing...the bathroom sink was chipped..the silicone around the bathroom was poorly done so it all together looked tatty. Some outdoor seating was very tatty.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and the building was historical and had lots of character.
Disliked: For the price I was expecting more food for afternoon tea and the cooked breakfast was tasteless.

Nice location but needs a...

Liked: The staff were very obliging. The Inn is very atmospheric. Room was clean
Disliked: Needs a refurbishment. The blanket on our bed had holes in it. Room was tiny. Car parking on site was charged on a daily rate in addition to the room charge
