Very easy and comfortable and...

Liked: Staff were really helpful and friendly. Location was excellent and the parking space was fantastic, it was why we booked here (before we knew it was great from staying there). Room was spacious and comfy and in good condition.
Disliked: The pillows are really really high, your neck is at 45 degrees if you try to sleep on them. Bring your own pillow if you like a lower fluff. I actually used the pillow that came with the cot that was in our room for our baby that didn't need a pillow and then it was fine. That was my only complaint.
