Overall stay was amazing I...

Liked: The check in staff where very friendly & nothing was too much trouble, beds super comfy. Pool was very clean as it was cleaned daily. The hotel is in a fantastic location with a place to eat & drink.
Disliked: Later check out was an extra $50 it's not the most reasonable priced around & we stayed there as a wedding party & the bride bought a lot of customers for 2 days & they would not wave the late check out fee

Liked: The location was amazing and walk or short drive to everything in the valley
Disliked: Our room was not the most clean and did have dad spiders and cobwebs also right out side out door was some kind of broken wall that had tape and could see an ant infestation

Liked: The bed was really comfortable, and the range of pillows was great. The room was a good size
Disliked: The standard of cleaning was not great. There was fluff between the bed and the wall. There was a black hair on the wall of the shower. The taps were not polished. I went to wash my hands, and the liquid soap had been topped up with water to make it last longer, and as I pushed hard on the bottle because I was expecting thick soap, I got sprayed, as it was nearly all water. There was a sign saying that a prosecution could occur if a guest turned the airconditioning lower than 21 degrees!! The shower curtain was black, making the shower area very dark with no light immediately above the spa bath.
