Liked: Nice river view room was clean cleaner was great when asked empty the bin
Disliked: Parking is terrible how can Malthouse car park and the swan fit on the carpark top of that there was a car that looked like it been there or years taking up a space we had some friends who at go pay on the carpark even though states on your page free parking on site

Disliked: Rubbish piled up In car park , abandoned car taking up precious parking space , carpets filthy heavy stained and torn , no shower curtain rail or curtain, rubbish bath shower tap , no shower head holder , bathroom need refurbished, bed very noisy, staff did not inform us that you have to go up road to malt house pub for breakfast ,so no breakfast. I ask staff on second day about no breakfast then informed , to late

Liked: Food was good and service was good.
Disliked: We stayed in room 2 , bed old metal and creaky, mattress protection was very worn and tired looking, cold tap in bathroom was so tight you couldn't turn it on. Dirty walls,sockets and water damaged bath pannel hanging off,Overall not good , also there is no parking available, car park was rammed so had to pay to park overnight in carpark over the road.I'm not surprised our room isn't shown anywhere on the website or booking.com.
