Liked: The views, stunning room with big windows very light and airy. Location was great and facilities having the sauna and steam room. Cafe at reception looking on to garden and restaurant made the best of the views.

Disliked: Unfortunately there is not enough parking for hotel guests and Coppa Club customers

Disliked: Do not stay in Room 42. The extraction ducting runs directly below the room causing the room to vibrate and it sounds like you’re in an aeroplane. It’s also so hot a stuffy, making it impossible to sleep. You can open the window if you want to have the smells of the kitchen wafting in from the duct exhausts that are directly by the window. When complaining about the room, I was told everything was fully booked but to email in my compliant. So rather than the staff taking down my compliant and passing this onto management, I have to spend my time writing up the complaint for them. Terrible service and terrible room. If you want to actually sleep, refuse room 42 or stay elsewhere.

Lovely hotel in a perfect...

Liked: I did complain about the air condition units outside my cosy double room, they did wake me up ( room 50) I was moved to another room which was lovely and so quiet ! Staff were very responsive to my complaint and the outcome was very positive , Thankyou for listening 😀

We always love the comfort...

Liked: Fabulous location, lovely suite. Have been coming to The Swan about twice a year for the last 10 years. It’s our treat overnight/weekend from our caring responsibilities for our youngest child and work. To relax and recharge and get some sleep.
Disliked: Paying for the late checkout to sleep and having a phone call at 11.50 regarding we hadn’t booked out. Defeated the object really.
