Overall a lovely place to...

Liked: Clean, good choice of food and drink, reasonable price.
Disliked: No air conditioning just a fan in the room. With window open there was a loud noise, presumably from an industrial extractor fan, until around 1:00am. No option to have a cooked breakfast as kitchen was closed that morning.

Lovely classy venue, great food,...

Liked: Lovely location and vibe, including great outdoor area.The meal and service was excellent with attentive and friendly staff. Room was lovely spacious and the bed (opted for larger double) was very comfortable. Would certainly return.
Disliked: Nothing ☺️

Enjoyed location but room let...

Liked: Beautiful, idyllic location on the banks of the River Thames
Disliked: Room 50 was very small and it required a fan to keep cool. I suspect the room was above a boiler, generator or other heat source. Perhaps good in the winter but not in middle of hot summer.

Very nice

Liked: Location and view from the restaurant were amazing, friendly staff. Room was lovely with outside seating area
Disliked: Only negative was the shower was looking very old & tired, bathroom did let the room down

Will be back!! (With dog!)

Liked: Very happy with room, price, location. Hotel were very accommodating and very good at communicating with me with regards to extra requests. Bedroom facilities great and reception staff very nice, helpful and friendly. Great breakfast right on river in morning. Glad to see hotel is dog-friendly. Will definitely be back.
Disliked: Aircon in bedrooms would be great but fan provided was very welcome.

Great location for stopover on...

Liked: Location on the river. Gardens and being able to sit outside. Great to have a lockable bike shed. Dyson fan which was needed as room very warm. Lovely staff.
Disliked: Small room and small window that didn’t open very wide.
