Third visit, dreadful compared to...

Liked: The meal, very well cooked.
Disliked: The attitude of the management. Being mislead by management regarding the broken heater in the bathroom. Was told it was cold due to the heating just coming on, over 90 minutes later it was still freezing. The manager got the young bar lad to tell us it won't be fixed tonight. The perplex inserted into the broken outer bedroom window that did not fit and had hole in. Nets are filthy. Door handle still broken despite telling staff when we visited 6 months ago. Dirty and cobwebs in corridors. Had to go to reception to get cups for the room. Despite advertised no onion rings on the meal. Six months ago breakfast was included. Manager sitting on soft seating so we had to sit at dining. Chairs. Poor atmosphere too The managers have amended location on booking.com but it's the same place
