Comfort in a great location

Liked: Comfortable bed in a big room with a sofa. Perfect location for exploring the city by foot or seeing the theatre. Very friendly staff, clean premises with a refreshing scent throughout. We had a room facing the courtyard and there was no noise, the curtains were also good so combined with the comfortable bed it made for a great night’s sleep.
Disliked: Car parking not guaranteed to guests as it’s open for the public to pay and park. On a nice day the area is packed.

Liked: Stayed in the Shakespeare Suite which was fabulous in space, furnishing and bed comfort. Very handy for the RSC theatre and the town centre. Easy access to the recreation ground and riverside. Bistrot Pierre restaurant in house was an added bonus. Good car park.

Liked: It was close to the center, the bed was comfortable, the Staff were kind, friendly and very helpful. The place was nice and quiet. The bathroom had a good selection of soap, shampoo and cream.
