Liked: Our third stay here, convenient for everything in Stratfor upon avon.Next to the river.Managed to get a space on the car park no problem.Good location for sightseeing.Close to Shops, Cafes and Restaurants etc.Breakfast was nice, ate out for other mealsSpacious room, fridge with cartons of water in.
Disliked: In our room we could hear something like a generator or Air con unit going in the night.

Liked: spacious room, very comfortable bed. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the wardrobe. Mini fridge with water in. Good size TV in the room. Very clean. Tea and coffee provided in the roomLocation is perfect for walking into the town.Food was nice in the restaurant. Friendly bar. Sitting area outside too.Definitely stay there again

Liked: Had a issue with first room allocated one quick chat and moved.couldnt fault their response.
Disliked: Bear pub which is part of the complex could be good but very sparse no atmosphere.

Great base to explore Stratford...

Liked: Excellent location next to the river.Very helpful friendly staff.Comfortable Bed with warm duvet.Suite room with large bathroom and "lounge" room.Very good breakfast was included.Heating in the Bathroom.
Disliked: No heating on the room, with the windows open when we arrived. We needed a room heater for the second night, but this worked.Parking was good and secure, but the spaces are limited. We arrived at 4 pm an took one of the last 2 spaces.Not every day is this busy.
