Liked: Good sized room. Kettle, tea, coffee in room. Good view of Broad. Secure room.
Disliked: The chef was not able to come in for breakfast. It happens. The other staff coped fairly well and breakfast was good but unavoidably slow. It would not stop us staying again.

Liked: Everything was fab. Great location. First class accodation. Great food . Very good staff could not do enough. Would definatly recommend.
Disliked: Nothing.

A restful break in a...

Liked: The location is superb. We loved sitting watching the boats in the evening with our drinks. The food was excellent especially our full English breakfast. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of tea/coffee available. Bathrooms and the showers were also good.
Disliked: Either bigger pillows or more as they fell through the gap between the mattress and the headboard.

Disliked: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL WARNING.I BOOKED THIS HOTEL ONLINE LATE IN THE EVENING ONLY TO FIND OUT WHEN I TRIED TO GET INTO HORNING THAT THE ROADS WHERE CLOSED OF DUE TO ROAD SURFACING I RANG THE HOTEL TO ASK IF THERE WAS A WAY FOR ME TO GET TO THE HOTEL ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE AND I WOULD RECIEVE A FULL REFUND THE NEXT DAY I PHONED THE HOTEL AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER WHO SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK NO CALL BACK SO I HAVE TO REPORT FRAUD TO MY BANK,BE WARNED

Riverside Gem.

Liked: It's a wonderful location with a large riverside outdoor seating area as well as plenty of space inside. Friendly staff and good food were the icing on the cake and we'd happily have stayed longer. With a river view, we never forgot that we were in the Broads.
Disliked: We're not shower people and this shower didn't convert us. One of us found the bed on the firm side but it was comfortable enough. We could have done with two keys (but didn't ask) as you needed one just to get into the bedrooms area as well as for your own room - so it was very secure.
