Very good

Great stay

Liked: Exceptionally clean and fresh smelling. The beds were lovely and comfy. I have to mention George who hadn't been told we'd booked breakfast, he was great, very apologetic and very quickly provided us with a lovely cooked breakfast that kept us going all day. We'll be happy to stay there again.
Disliked: We didn't have any problems at all.

Disliked: Shower was a little dirty and no ventilation in bathroom

Very expensive, unclean but handy...

Disliked: The room was disgusting. We got charged £15 for our dog to stay but the room was filthy. Hair on the floor and mess left in the toilet from either the cleaners or previous guest.The whole hotel is in dire need of refurbishment going further than throwing massive TVs on the wall. It needs new paint (outside was a eye waterering shade of blue) and new carpets (which are held together with tape).Would not stay here again.We didn't stay for breakfast as was charged £10 pp but after the state of the bedroom decided not to eat there.

Liked: Perfect place to stay for commuting into Bonnington for a friend’s wedding. Felt very safe and secure and clear and staff were lovely!

It's a budget place to...

Liked: Helpful check in chap. Room clean. Fresh linen on the bed but no pillow protectors. Hairs on the bed sheet and pillow under the pillow case. Bed quite hard but that suits some people. I have a bad back so it wasn't ideal for me. Very good fan in the room, good hair dryer and the shower was good. TV huge, some channels not available. Good selection of tea and coffee available. Breakfast was only full English but it was fine. The egg yolk was runny which was to my liking. Plenty of juice and coffee. It was good to have the parking.
Disliked: Would have preferred not to have somebody else's hair in my bed.

Pleasant

Liked: Room nice although we did upgrade to the twin room as the standard looked small and very old fashioned
Disliked: Parking was round back of the building. We came late at night was able to run in and ask where parking was but I imaging during day that would be difficult as ots on the high road
