Liked: Nice quirky hotel. Staff very decent.
Disliked: No dedicated parking which made travelling with a dog difficult. Parking available in streets nearby.

Liked: Lovely old building, friendly and helpful staffBeautiful position on the river. Bed was very comfortable

Excellent for a short break.

Liked: Room immaculate, view over the river a delight. Peaceful.
Disliked: No breakfast until 09:00. Drainage from the shower seemed inadequate - the room had recently been refurbished, so I am sure that will be sorted.

Disliked: 'In staffs words ' there's much misinformation that still needs correcting on our hotel booking sites'Lock on room jammed me in. No number in room to ring reception for help, main hotel number was on voicemail only, had to wait for passerby to call out window to find staff to sort door. Staff were just about to call police as couldn't get it open, when it happened to free up.. Staff were very curious about the door lock utterly dismissive of us.
