Disliked: Breakfast was poor. Full English breakfast is now from the buffet; it had been sitting there for too long, not fresh, and was extremely disappointing

Lovely city and nice hotel...

Liked: The property was in the centre of Wells so easy access to everything
Disliked: It would of been nice to have a fridge in the room and it was hot so maybe air conditioning. Also, when we arrived there was a wedding taking place and we were told we could not park in the car park because it was full due to the wedding guests. This was not ideal after a 4 hour drive. I think only people staying at the hotel should be able to use the car park

Perfect location lovely break away

Liked: Parking was great but make sure you time it right otherwise there won’t be a space we were lucky and it was perfect right in the centre
Disliked: They forgot our complimentary chocs and provided one bottle of complimentary water in the Junior Suite. Other than that tiny issue it was great.

Most enjoyable 1 night stay

Liked: Excellent breakfast and provision of tea / coffee and biscuitsAs the weather was hot, we appreciated the bottles of water and fan beside the bed
