Liked: Breakfast was included, and food was prepared to a high standard. I would have had dinner there, but I had to book an allotted time, which was too late for me, so I went out for an adventure instead.

Great location for a comfortable...

Liked: Location and property. The number of staff was also good.
Disliked: Bar area was cramped, after having a meal it would have been nice to have sat in an area dedicated to having just a drink rather at tables where food being served. Small snug would have been good and in keeping with the hotel.

Exceptional

Liked: Lovely quaint hotel, excellent food, friendly staff and the bonus of free onsite parking in central Wells.
Disliked: No complaints.

Liked: Really spacious, clean suite. Warm and helpful staff. Great position to explore Wells. Very good breakfast. What’s not to like?
Disliked: Hotel parking was a bit tight!

Excellant location and quality hotel

Liked: Location of hotel to the cathedral, both evening hotel food and breakfast was excellant
Disliked: Hotel car parking is first come first served, tight entrance entrance to the car park, used local car park overnight on 2 night stay.
