The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. It was nice having Chop Steakhouse in the hotel.

Liked: The close proximity to the train to get to the concert was a short walk and one train stop away with another short walk.
Disliked: I wish more hotels would offer mobile check in to avoid the long line-ups during special event weekends.

Comfortable hotel in a great...

Liked: Overall, the room was comfortable. I liked the firmness and cleanliness of the bed, and appreciated the features of the room such as the refrigerator and the coffee maker. I needed help with a couple of items, and staff was extremely responsive and supportive.
Disliked: The lamps in the room should be replaced very soon. Some of the switches were broken which meant that you had to use the strings attached to the lamps. These did not work well. The chair at the desk was also a bit worn out. The room I had would love to be refreshed :)
