This hotel is one of the finest hotels in the city! Close to everything. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, literally with all the conveniences of home!

Liked: Pretty much everything! Upon our check in the front desk clerk (Ceasar) was very polite and upgraded our reservation to a suite at no extra cost to us. Special kudos to the doorman who gave us a lovely smile upon our arrival and made us feel very welcome..
Disliked: Nothing.

What a wonderful experience! When we arrived we were told they had to upgrade our room as there was not a 2 bed room available, so pleased and happy, we were upgraded to a magnificent suite. And the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even going so far as to help me fix my costume for an event I was attending that evening. Thank you so very much for making my visit to Vancouver so memorable and beautiful.

Short stay but left a...

Liked: The room was nice and comfortable. It was close to a lot of restaurants and very walkable to public transportation. Provided free water bottles every day and we were very grateful for that. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
Disliked: Nothing.

Lovely property in the heart...

Liked: The staff was very helpful. We arrived early and they checked us in, stored our bags, gave us directions for touring the city on a rainy morning and contacted us when our room was ready. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Location was great for exploring Vancouver.
Disliked: A dedicated coffee shop would have been nice. The coffee shop was inside a convenience store which was fine.
