The Sutton Place Hotel-Vancouver

This hotel is one of the finest hotels in the city! Close to everything. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, literally with all the conveniences of home!

Liked: Pretty much everything! Upon our check in the front desk clerk (Ceasar) was very polite and upgraded our reservation to a suite at no extra cost to us. Special kudos to the doorman who gave us a lovely smile upon our arrival and made us feel very welcome..
Disliked: Nothing.

Fantastic place. Would stay there again in a heartbeat; very nice hotel and the service is great.

What a wonderful experience! When we arrived we were told they had to upgrade our room as there was not a 2 bed room available, so pleased and happy, we were upgraded to a magnificent suite. And the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even going so far as to help me fix my costume for an event I was attending that evening. Thank you so very much for making my visit to Vancouver so memorable and beautiful.

Liked: I stayed at the Sutton Place Hotel for just one night and really enjoyed the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and professional. The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable – exactly what I needed for a quick stay. The location was convenient, and everything felt well taken care of, down to the little details.Although it was a short visit, it definitely left a great impression. Would happily stay again!

Liked: Beautiful hotel, great location.
Disliked: Very strict on 4pm check in. The lady clerk kept saying our room was not ready, even at 3:30 unless we paid more. I was very sick and needed to lie down. Many people before me were ALL getting their rooms at 2:30, 3:00 and early. When she went on break, I asked another clerk, begged, and he said he had a room right away!!! Felt like "shake-down" for more money because I booked through Booking.com.

Liked: Well maintained. Rooms nice. Restaurant excellent. Location excellent. Bathtub was a great.
Disliked: Shower and toilet area very small.

Liked: Plenty of professional staff though out the hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean. Temperature throughout the building was perfect.
