Liked: Pleasant rooms.
Disliked: Please fit rain deflectors on top of each of the aircon machines - the rain dropped from the one on the level above us onto our one, which then echoed thru the machine into the room (room 818).

Liked: Family room was spacious, bathroom very modern and clean

Disliked: Upstairs floors were noisy

Liked: Location is great, lots of shops 5mins walk, cafes, pub across the road, good meals. Not far to the city or out West or St Luke’s etc…
Disliked: Sadly, it does need an upgrade, it has seen some better days. I have stayed here often but I found this time the room looked tired. Not sure I would stay again.

Liked: Friendly staff, comfortable beds, very clean rooms!
Disliked: Room was advertised with microwave but unfortunately there was not one in our room.Staff at front desk kindly offered to heat anything we need up with restaurant microwave once we told them.

Liked: Very comfortable, a home away from home. Close to all amenities and central to all motorways. The staff are always friendly and kind. This is our #1 place to stay when visiting Auckland.

Liked: I loved the staff, from the front desk throughout the establishment
Disliked: Pillows were hard, I left there with a sore neck and the bed was a bit uncomfortable The phone to get room service was down.One remote that worked to the tv as there were two. And remember, your fan to the bathroom is above the light up the top of the door. The spa was empty and the pool was beyond cold. Bare in mind we are entering winter. However, my kids still went swimming
